About me

My name is Carlos, though most people know me as Charlie. I am a Spanish photographer raised by the Mediterranean and now based in Dublin, Ireland.
 

I have always been drawn to photography, but it truly began when I was living in Barcelona at the age of 27. I bought my first camera and could not put it down. That was the moment I found a way to combine my two passions, sport and photography.
 

I am endlessly fascinated by people, their emotions, their stories, and the moments they experience. My goal is to capture that feeling in every frame, finding meaning through timing and instinct.
 

My work spans street photography and sports, particularly tennis and padel. I regularly cover national and international tournaments and collaborate with academies to promote their content across social media, print, and events.
 

My biggest inspirations include Paola Franqui (Monaris), Vivian Maier, Antoine Couvercelle, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Shane Taylor, and Eric Van Nynatten.
