About me

My name is Carlos but usually known as Charlie. I am a Spanish photographer raised in the mediterranean sea and now based in Dublin (Ireland).
 

Even though I have been always interested in photography I started to take pictures when I was living in Barcelona at the age of 27. I bought my first camera and I could not stop taking pictures from that moment. It is then when I could join my two passions sport and photography.
 

I'm constantly fascinated by what people are going through and what feelings they are experiencing. I like evoking emotions through the images by mastering the timing.

I usually do street photography and attend to national and international tennis events. I am also involved with tennis and padel academies promoting their content through social media, leaflets, presentations, etc.

My biggest references in photography are Paola Franqui (Monaris), Vivian Maier, Antoine Couvercelle, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Shane Taylor, Eric Van Nynatten, etc.
